We believe in putting client needs first, by providing 60-minute sessions, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We believe care should not be delegated to aides or technicians, and should not be a cookie cutter approach. We treat each client as a unique individual, and treat the entire body to get to the root cause of the issue.
Doctor of Physical Therapy
I am originally from New Mexico, and moved to Phoenix with my soon to be husband and dog (that we adore) to earn my doctorate in physical therapy at Midwestern University. I am a yoga instructor and am a semi-retired dancer. I love to incorporate yoga into the care I provide clients. I have a strong passion for empowering women and for advocating for improved pelvic health. I value creating compassionate and safe clinic environments, truly getting to know my clients, and providing holistic care.
Professional memberships and training:
During my free time, I enjoy cycling, yoga, dancing, traveling, listening to music, and discovering new restaurants / coffee shops with my partner.
Doctor of Physical Therapy
I started She PT to provide the kind of care I believe all women deserve. As a physical therapist and a mother of two kids, I blend my experiences in the clinic and as a mom to the personalized approach I give to my clients. I've seen what a difference high-quality pelvic physical therapy can make in a woman's life and pregnancy - postpartum journey. My experience and training in pelvic health, pre-and postnatal care, treating runners and athletes, and orthopedic sports medicine blend together to bring a holistic approach to my patient care.
I graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, and earned a certificate in manual therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute.
Professional memberships:
Outside of physical therapy, I love exercise - running, strength training, hiking, yoga - cooking, being outside, and spending time with my husband, two kids, and dog - biking, swimming, exploring.
