This team is amazing! My therapist's clinical expertise is evident in every session AND she is so deeply human, compassionate, and relatable. My pain has resolved and she helped me prep for a second birth that went more smoothly than my first. I so appreciate their focus on my whole-body experience and supporting me in getting back to the activities that bring me joy in life.

Her expertise is in treating pelvic floor dysfunction and guiding women back to the activities they love—whether that’s running, lifting, or simply moving through the day without worry. Dr. Jill is the founder of She PT and a passionate advocate for providing the highest level of pelvic floor care to women. As a mom and physical therapist, Jill saw a gap in truly individualized, whole-person pelvic floor care specifically for women and created She PT to offer the kind of support she wished every woman had access to. Jill has created a team at She PT to support this mission. She brings advanced training in manual therapy and pelvic health to her work, combining clinical expertise with deep empathy. Jill attended Northern Arizona University. She loves running half and full marathons, being outside, traveling, and spending time with her husband and 2 teenage kids.
"I didn't even think I would benefit greatly from pelvic PT, but after a few visits to their office I am no longer peeing my pants. I know how to massage my c-section scar and I also know when my body is acting up not to rule out Pelvic PT care."
